The present invention selects 2-(bis(4-vinylbenzyl)phosphoryl)acetic acid as the functional monomer, and uses polystyrene seed microspheres to prepare porous uranyl ion imprinted polymer U-IIP through the seed swelling method. The chemical adsorption material is used for the extraction of trace uranium in seawater. The material can efficiently recover trace uranium in spiked seawater.
