Abstract

The Nifuroxazide provided by the invention can inhibit the expression of PD-L1, especially the expression of PD-L1 in hepatocellular carcinoma cells caused by radiotherapy, so that the therapeutic effect of radiotherapy on hepatocellular carcinoma is improved, and a new possibility is provided for the preparation of liver cancer therapeutic drugs.
