Embodiment Construction

[0040] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0041] like Figure 1 to Figure 10 A transcatheter implanted flexible double-chamber auxiliary device that provides circulation power for Fontan patients is shown, including: bearing housing 1, rotating shaft 2, external support 3, impeller 4, constricting ring 5, motor 6, cable 7 and bearings 11

[0042] The two ends of the external support 3 are respectively connected with the shell of the bearing seat 1 and the constricting ring 5 (such as image 3 ). The impeller 4 has a symmetrical structure design, one end of which is fixed in the spline on the upper side of the rotating shaft 2, and the other end can move axially in the spline on the lower side of the rotating shaft 2. One end of the rotating shaft 2 is connected with the bearing 11 in the bearing block 1 (as image 3 Shown), the other end is connected with the output shaft of moto...

Abstract

The invention discloses a transcatheter implantation flexible double-cavity auxiliary device for providing circulating power for a Fontan patient. The transcatheter implantation flexible double-cavity auxiliary device comprises an external support which is a flexible self-expansion support and is used for fixing the device after being expanded; a rotating shaft, wherein the upper end of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the upper end of the external bracket, and the lower end of the rotating shaft is connected with a power unit; and an impeller which is located in the outer support and installed on the rotating shaft to rotate along with the rotating shaft, wherein a hub of the impeller is of a streamline structure. The flexible double-cavity auxiliary device has compressibility and is implanted into the body of a patient through femoral veins by means of a conveying catheter through a minimally invasive surgery, and complex thoracotomy and large surgical wounds are avoided. When the impeller rotates, circulating power can be provided for a patient, blood of the upper vena cava and the lower vena cava is assisted to enter the pulmonary artery, and energy consumed by the blood flowing into the pulmonary artery from the vena cava can still be reduced through the streamline design of an impeller hub even if faults occur and the impeller is in a static state.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of auxiliary treatment equipment after Fontan surgery, in particular to a flexible double-chamber auxiliary device implanted through a catheter to provide circulation power for Fontan patients. Background technique [0002] Fontan surgery is the first choice for the treatment of various complex congenital heart diseases such as tricuspid atresia, single ventricle, transposition of the great arteries, double outlet right ventricle with pulmonary stenosis and hypoplastic left ventricle syndrome. The Fontan operation with extra-central cannulation is highly regarded and widely used because it can reduce the number of atrial sutures. After undergoing this procedure, the patient's superior and inferior vena cava are directly connected to the pulmonary artery, forming a total caval-pulmonary connection structure (TCPC structure). Although this structure separates the arterial and venous blood to solve the problem...
