Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of deep vein thrombosis prediction in biomedicine, and particularly relates to an establishment method of a deep vein thrombosis prediction model based on metabonomics. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring serum metabolite data sets of a deep vein thrombosis patient and a healthy human body; according to the conditions that VIP is greater than 1 in an orthogonal partial least square discrimination model and a P value is less than 0.05 in an independent sample t test, taking a compound meeting the conditions in the serum small molecule metabolite data set as a characteristic biomarker for deep vein thrombosis; importing the characteristic biomarker data into IBM SPSS software, and establishing a multi-layer sensor model; or importing the characteristic biomarker data into R software, and establishing a random forest model by using a Rattle package. The prediction model established by the method provided by the invention is high in detection sensitivity and good in specificity, and meets the detection requirements of early diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis.
