Abstract

The invention provides a rapid active power control method and system for a wind power plant. The method comprises the steps of adjusting the active output of a wind turbine generator through a wind power plant AGC system and an energy management platform according to a power grid dispatching instruction and the in-station measurement information of the wind power plant, and achieving the active control of a grid-connected point of the wind power plant so as to meet the grid-connected requirements of the power plant. The system collects in-station measurement information of the wind power plant, especially voltage and current information of the grid-connected point, and calculates real-time active power of the grid-connected point. A difference value is obtained between a power grid dispatching given active power value and actually measured active power, and then the difference value is superposed on the power grid dispatching instruction and is output to the wind power plant AGC system and the energy management platform, so that closed-loop regulation of the active power of the grid-connected point is realized, and the purpose of quickly and accurately regulating the active power of the wind power plant is achieved.
