The invention discloses a multi-energy complementary optimal scheduling method and system for an integrated energy system, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the operation data and parameters of the integrated energy system; establishing a multi-energy complementary optimization scheduling model of the integrated energy system by taking the minimum equipment operation cost as a target; constructing constraint conditions of the multi-energy complementary optimization scheduling model of the integrated energy system; under constraint conditions, solving an optimal solution of the multi-energy complementary optimization scheduling model of the integrated energy system; and performing multi-energy complementary scheduling on the integrated energy system by taking the optimal solution as a scheduling scheme. According to the invention, main operation equipment in the integrated energy system is selected, an objective function and a constraint condition which take the minimum daily operation cost of the equipment as an objective are constructed, a 0-1 variable is introduced to carry out linearization processing on part of the objective function and the constraint condition, and an established optimization model is changed into a mixed integer linear programming model, so that the solving speed is improved, and a reference basis is provided for solving the operation cost of the comprehensive energy system.
