The viscosity of the silicone oil I is 5-10 cps; the viscosity of the silicone oil II is 400 to 600 cp s; and the content of the silicone oil III is 5000-6000 cp s. The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding the silicone oil I, the silicone oil II and the silicone oil III into a stirring tank, and then adding the emulsifier into the stirring tank to obtain a mixed solution I; adding ascorbic acid into water, stirring until the ascorbic acid is dissolved, and then adding n-propyl alcohol to obtain a mixed solution II; heating the mixed solution I to 50 DEG C, and then adding the mixed solution II into the mixed solution I to obtain the defoaming agent.
