Abstract

The invention discloses a regional multi-direction green wave design and driving speed guiding method based on the Internet of Vehicles. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring geometric parameters and traffic parameters of a road section with a multi-direction green wave design requirement; constructing an optimization model with a multi-direction green wave bandwidth weighted sum as a target, adjusting a signal phase structure, determining a green wave weight, solving the optimization model, and optimizing a period and a phase difference to form green waves for a multi-direction traffic flow; and according to an optimization result of the optimization model, adjusting signal control parameters of a real road network, calculating a driving speed according to optimized travel time, and issuing corresponding speed induction information to traffic flows with different driving directions of a certain road section through roadside equipment. According to the method, the intersection pairs with green wave requirements are taken as basic modeling objects, green wave optimization design can be carried out on any intersection pair in a road network in any shape, and green waves created by the optimization model can provide green waves for traffic flow in any direction in the intersection pair.
