Abstract

The invention provides a multifunctional building group differentiated vibration isolation and shock absorption design method which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (a) determining a preliminary design scheme of a multifunctional building group; (b) on the basis of the preliminary design scheme, performing preliminary differential vibration isolation building area confirmation, and confirming vibration isolation frequencies of different building areas of the building group; (c) when the vibration isolation frequency of the building area is not less than 5Hz, adding a steel spring vibration isolator; when the vibration isolation frequency of the building area is not less than 10Hz, adding a polyurethane vibration isolation pad; selecting the vibration isolators and the vibration isolators with proper quantity and specification to meet the vibration isolation requirement; and (d) judging whether the building area meets the anti-seismic requirement or not, if not, adding a viscous damper until the building area meets the anti-seismic requirement, and determining a final design scheme. Segmented vibration isolation design is carried out on the multifunctional building group, the vibration control requirement is met, and meanwhile, through reasonable devices or construction measures, the vibration reduction structure meets the seismic fortification requirement at the same time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of vibration control of building structures, and in particular relates to a differential vibration isolation and shock absorption design method for multifunctional building groups. Background technique [0002] At present, for buildings affected by rail transit, vibration control mainly relies on traffic vibration source vibration reduction and path vibration isolation. Many buildings only consider seismic design without vibration isolation design or simply use a single vibration isolation scheme. For the vibration control requirements faced by rail transit adjacent to vibration reduction and building anti-seismic fortification, there is no unified standard and design process at present, and most of them rely on engineering experience to design vibration isolation schemes, or directly apply existing engineering schemes. Current engineering methods have the following drawbacks: [0003] (1) The subway does n...
