The solar thermal power generation subsystem comprises trough type solar thermal collectors, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, an energy storage device and a conventional island. The trough type solar thermal collectors are connected with the first heat exchanger through pipelines to form a first loop, the conventional island and the first heat exchanger are connected through a pipeline to form a second loop, and the first loop and the second loop exchange heat through the first heat exchanger. The trough type solar thermal collectors are connected with the second heat exchanger through pipelines to form a third loop, the energy storage device is connected with the second heat exchanger through a pipeline, and the energy storage device and the third loop conduct heat exchange and thermal energy storage through the second heat exchanger.
