Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of secondary lanthanum carbide modified sludge biochar, belongs to the field of functional materials and environmental water treatment, and is used for removing phosphate in municipal sewage. According to the method, the residual sludge is used as a biochar raw material, and after lanthanum modification, the efficient, economical and environment-friendly adsorbent BC-La-BC is prepared through pyrolysis. When the adding amount of the BC-La-BC is 10mg and the pH value is 3.0, the adsorption capacity is the maximum. In an experiment for removing municipal sewage by using a fixed bed column, the treatment time of 1-2g of BC-La-BC is 2.92-5.08 hours at the flow rate of 5mL/min. The lanthanum modified sludge biochar prepared by the scheme not only recycles residual sludge, but also has relatively strong adsorption capacity on phosphate, and the highest adsorption capacity can reach 131.58 mg/g.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of functional materials and environmental water treatment, in particular to a preparation method and application of secondary lanthanum carbide modified sludge biochar. Background technique [0002] Phosphorus is an essential element in aquatic ecosystems, but excessive phosphorus discharge can cause serious water eutrophication, threatening ecosystems and human health. Therefore, in order to control water pollution, phosphorus discharge requirements are clearly stipulated. Currently, in the secondary effluent of sewage treatment plants, the maximum allowable phosphorus is 0.5mg / L. Therefore, it is very important to reduce and control the phosphorus content in water bodies. At present, technologies such as enhanced biological phosphorus removal, chemical precipitation, ion exchange, and adsorption are used to remove phosphate in wastewater. Among them, the adsorption method is considered to be a new method because of...
