The seawater desalination plant comprises a first heat exchanger, a flash chamber and an absorption heat pump, wherein seawater is introduced into an inner pipe of the first heat exchanger; the absorption heat pump is used for providing a heating medium for the first heat exchanger; and the heating medium is used for heating seawater in the first heat exchanger; an inner pipe outlet of the first heat exchanger communicates with the flash chamber and is used for introducing heated seawater into the flash chamber; the flash chamber can perform flash evaporation on the seawater to form vaporous water and concentrated seawater; the vaporous water is introduced into the condensation heat exchange pipe; the condensation heat exchange pipe is located in the flash chamber; and the vaporous water in the condensation heat exchange pipe can heat the seawater in the flash chamber; meanwhile, the gaseous water is condensed to form liquid fresh water; an outlet of the condensation heat exchange pipe is communicated with the absorption heat pump; and the absorption heat pump can absorb waste heat of the liquid fresh water. The seawater desalination device can improve the energy utilization rate in the seawater desalination process and reduce the production cost.
