Problems solved by technology

However, at present, there is still a lack of reliable prognostic markers for the diagnosis and treatment of HBV-ACLF. Commonly used prognostic models include the model for end-stage liver disease (MELD), the European Association for the Study of Chronic Liver Failure The CLIF-C ACLF model introduced by Chronic Liver Failure (CLIF), etc., is controversial in predicting the prognosis of HBV-ACLF patients

Embodiment Construction

[0027] The present invention will be further elaborated below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0028]The purpose of the present invention is to use metabolomics to screen the metabolic markers related to the prognosis of HBV-ACLF, and combine them with the clinical data of patients to establish a prediction model that can be used to predict the prognosis of HBV-ACLF patients. The basic data for establishing the model include The patient's basic information, complete clinical test information, and serum metabolomics data.

[0029] The screening process of metabolic markers for the prognosis of hepatitis B acute-on-chronic liver failure based on patient clinical data and metabolomics is as follows: figure 1 , mainly including the following steps:

[0030] Serum samples were collected, including 35 cases of normal control (NC) liver donors, 48 cases of chronic hepatitis B (CHB), and 215 cases of HBV-ACLF patients, and the serum samples were det...

Abstract

The invention discloses metabolic markers for prognosis of hepatitis B acute-on-chronic liver failure and a screening method of the metabolic markers. The screening method comprises the steps: (1) collecting an HBV-ACLF serum sample; (2) detecting metabolome of the serum sample by using an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS); (3) comparing metabolome in liver tissues of healthy control and chronic hepatitis B patients, and analyzing and processing data to obtain HBV-ACLF biomarkers; and (4) determining biomarkers with a death risk from the HBV-ACLF biomarkers in the step (3). The invention discloses the metabolic markers for prognosis of hepatitis B acute-on-chronic liver failure based on clinical data of a patient and metabonomics, and the metabolic markers are Gamma-Linolenic acid and Glutamylphenylalanine.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a metabolic marker for the prognosis of hepatitis B acute-on-chronic liver failure in blood and a screening method thereof. Background technique [0002] Acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) is a clinical syndrome characterized by acute damage to liver function, inflammation and multi-organ failure, with rapid progression and high short-term mortality. About 350 million people worldwide are infected with hepatitis B virus (HBV), which is one of the main causes of ACLF. In my country and even most of the Asia-Pacific region, HBV is the main cause of ACLF, and more than 70% of ACLF patients are caused by HBV infection. Therefore, HBV-ACLF has brought a heavy health burden to the world, especially the Asia-Pacific region. However, at present, there is still a lack of reliable prognostic markers for the diagnosis and treatment of HBV-ACLF. Commonly used prognostic models include the model for end-stage liver disease (MELD), the ...
