The system comprises a data acquisition module used for acquiring a plurality of prostatic fluid appearance image samples, corresponding prostatic fluid routine detection data and accompanying symptom feature information; a preprocessing module, which is used for performing image feature extraction on the prostatic fluid appearance image sample and preprocessing corresponding prostatic fluid conventional detection data and accompanying symptom feature information; a feature fusion module, which is used for fusing the three features after preprocessing and performing normalization processing to form a set of prostatic fluid medical biological features and corresponding diseases; a relationship mining module, which is used for extracting association rules between the prostatic fluid medical biological features and the corresponding diseases by utilizing an association rule mining algorithm; and a disease analysis module, which is used for performing disease analysis based on the association rule of the relationship mining module. According to the invention, automatic disease cognition and analysis based on cross-modal fusion are realized.
