Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: dissolving the compound with the carboxylic acid group in ethanol, mixing an ethanol solution of the compound with the carboxylic acid group with an SERS substrate, and carrying out laser irradiation. Under laser irradiation, disulfide bonds of DTBA molecules are destroyed to form bimolecules similar to 4-MBA, the bimolecules are adsorbed on the surface of AgNPs, and bimolecular coupling greatly increases the possibility of combination of the molecules and the Ag NPs, so that the ionization reaction is stably and effectively carried out. Under monitoring of surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), the occurrence of the efficient ionization reaction provides a certain value for the development of further related reactions, and the efficient ionization reaction also has wide application in pH sensors and intracellular pH monitoring.
