Abstract

The injection mold comprises a base, an electric telescopic rod, a fixed rod, an upper mold and a lower mold, wherein the lower mold is fixedly installed in the middle of the top end of the base; and a cooling box is fixedly installed at the position, on the outer side of the lower mold, of the top end of the base. According to the injection mold facilitating demolding, through arrangement of an inner cavity, a water pipe and a valve, cooling water is led into the inner cavity, and the mold is cooled through heat absorption of the cooling water; therefore, the auxiliary cooling effect is achieved; after the cooling water is boiling, the air pressure in the inner cavity is increased, and after a sealing plug is jacked up, the air pressure in the inner cavity can be exhausted through an air outlet groove; the potential safety hazards caused by too high air pressure in the inner cavity are further avoided, and the practicability of the injection mold is further improved; and meanwhile, the mold is simple in overall structure and reasonable in design, and accordingly is easy to popularize.
