On the basis of a microalgae-sludge MABR water treatment system, a regulation sewage storage system, a microalgae-sludge MABR, a terminal water quality control system, a light supply and condensation system and a pipeline conveying system are combined, wherein the core microalgae-sludge MABR comprises an inner transparent reaction tube, a membrane separation sheet, a middle transparent reaction tube, an outer supporting tube system and an end plate; and the light supply and condensation system comprises a solar power generation control system, a sunlight condensation system, an electroluminescent system, other regulation and sewage storage systems, a terminal water quality control system and a pipeline conveying system, and is matched with the microalgae-sludge MABR and the light supply and condensation system to operate. The microalgae-sludge MABR can be applied to treatment of sewage with serious high nitrogen and phosphorus eutrophication or treatment of micro-polluted sewage and the like.
