The invention provides an enterprise name translation method and device, and the method comprises the steps: segmenting a to-be-translated Chinese enterprise name into a plurality of parts based on a sequence labeling model, and replacing a preset part in the to-be-translated Chinese enterprise name with a placeholder; inputting the to-be-translated Chinese enterprise name with the placeholder replaced into a machine translation model, and outputting an English translation of the to-be-translated Chinese enterprise name; replacing placeholders in the English translation with pinyin of the preset part, and taking the English translation after pinyin replacement as a final translation result of the to-be-translated Chinese enterprise name. The processing method based on sequence labeling is provided for the special translation text of the enterprise name, the quality of enterprise name translation is greatly improved under the condition that a machine translation model is not changed, and high practicability is achieved.
