Abstract

The invention relates to a water body repairing agent for reducing N and P in a water body as well as a preparation method and application of the water body repairing agent. The water body repairing agent comprises a complex microbial inoculant, corn starch and attapulgite, wherein the complex microbial inoculant consists of enterococcus faecalis, bacillus coagulans, bacillus licheniformis, saccharomycetes, cellulase and phosphatase. The preparation method of the repairing agent comprises the following steps: 1, adding attapulgite into corn starch in proportion, and then sequentially adding various bacteria and enzymes in proportion; 2, stirring for 20 minutes at a constant speed by using a V-shaped stirrer or a three-V stirrer; and 3, mixing the obtained mixture with pond water according to a ratio of 1: 100 to 1: 400, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water body restoration agent for reducing N and P in a water body. The effective bacteria content is sufficient, and the water pH is stabilized. The problem of insufficient beneficial bacteria in water is solved. Harmful indexes such as ammonia nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide and the like in water are reduced, organic matters and residual baits in water are decomposed, and a high-quality ecological environment is provided for cultured objects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a water restoration agent for reducing N and P in water, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of aquaculture. Background technique [0002] Due to the phenomenon of a large number of drugs and a large number of water changes, the aquaculture environment in our country is deteriorating day by day. In recent years, red tides have frequently occurred in our country, which not only disturbs the ecological balance, causes frequent occurrence of diseases, but also brings huge economic losses. The use of ecological remediation technology to treat aquaculture wastewater has been widely recognized, including physical remediation, chemical remediation and biological remediation. Compared with traditional physical and chemical restoration, bioremediation has many advantages such as low cost, short time-consuming, thorough purification, no secondary pollution, no harm to breeding function, and no...
