Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for predicting drug efficacy of infliximab for Crohn's disease and a terminal device. The method comprises: acquiring arterial phase scanning images of intestinal lesions, and extracting radiomics features from the arterial phase scanning images ; Inputting the radiomics features into the trained prediction model to obtain the drug effect prediction result, wherein the prediction model is a prediction model established by using a support vector machine classifier. By acquiring arterial phase scan images of intestinal lesions, extracting radiomics features, and then inputting the radiomics features into the trained prediction model, in order to accurately know the infliximab of Crohn's disease efficacy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of drug effect monitoring, in particular to a method for predicting drug effect of Crohn's disease infliximab, a computer-readable storage medium and a terminal device. Background technique [0002] Crohn's disease (CD) is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease (Inflammatory bowel disease, IBD) whose etiology and pathogenesis are not yet fully understood. The residual rate is high, seriously affecting the quality of life of the sample. [0003] Currently, there is no cure for CD in clinical practice. Moderately or severely active CD is generally treated with glucocorticoids, but a small number of samples are ineffective in corticosteroid therapy, and some samples are hormone-dependent. The existing consensus does not recommend the use of hormones as a long-term maintenance treatment for CD, and those who are ineffective or dependent on hormone therapy are traditionally treated with immunosuppressants.
