Abstract

The invention discloses a radial artery puncture wound hemostat and an operating method therefor. The radial artery puncture wound hemostat comprises a ribbon main body, a microphone, an illumination assembly and a pressure adjustment assembly. The ribbon main body is used for surrounding, bandaging and compressing a radial artery wound. The microphone is arranged on the ribbon main body and is used for converting pulse beat sound into electric signals. An indicating light component is fixed to the ribbon main body, is electrically connected with the microphone and is used for flashing according to the electric signals. The pressure adjustment assembly is arranged on the ribbon main body and is used for adjusting pressure of the ribbon main body to the radial artery wound. Whether blockage of blood flow of a radial artery is caused due to too high pressure of the ribbon main body to the radial artery wound or not is judged through converting the pulse beat sound into the electric signals by the microphone and enabling the indicating light component to regularly flash according to the electric signals. In sum, the radial artery puncture wound hemostat provided by the invention is used for solving the problems of hemorrhage of the radial artery wound caused by too low pressure and radial artery occlusion caused by too high pressure, complications related to venous backflow obstruction are avoided, and the radial artery puncture wound hemostat is energy-saving and consumption-lowering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical and health technologies, in particular to a radial artery puncture wound hemostat and an operating method thereof. Background technique [0002] Coronary heart disease is the most common and frequent cardiovascular disease, accounting for 67.1% of the total mortality of cardiovascular diseases. With the acceleration of the aging population in my country, the incidence of coronary heart disease is increasing rapidly and becoming younger. In recent years, with the development of coronary intervention technology, the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease has been greatly improved, and the mortality rate and disability rate have been reduced. [0003] At present, coronary interventional therapy via the radial artery is gradually recognized. Although this technology has gradually matured, postoperative complications related to radial artery wound compression and hemostasis often occur, including blee...
