Abstract

The invention discloses a circuit breaker action frequency counting device and method. The device comprises an open-type current sensor and a counter, wherein the open-type current sensor is electrically connected with the counter; a power supply line of an opening and closing coil of the circuit breaker penetrates through the open-type current sensor, and the open-type current sensor is used forcollecting a current signal flowing through the opening and closing coil of the circuit breaker of the power supply line and sending the current signal to the counter; and the counter is installed ona guide rail of a control cabinet of the circuit breaker, and the counter is used for obtaining a sampling value from the current signal and counting the action times of the circuit breaker accordingto the sampling value. The function of counting the action times of the circuit breaker in a non-intrusive manner is realized, the counting value of the circuit breaker can be remotely transmitted ina wireless manner, the field reading of inspection personnel is avoided, and the method has important significance for improving the state monitoring capability of equipment and improving the workingefficiency of the inspection personnel.
