The method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining day-ahead transactionlogic of each transaction party of power transaction; secondly, obtaining prediction information and state information of power grid operation, and calculating to obtain a global physical optimal solution by taking maximization of wind power consumption and minimization of power generation cost as optimization objectives and taking day-ahead transaction logic of each transaction party as a constraint condition; and finally, decomposing and mapping the physical optimal solution into transaction contracts among the transaction parties, so that the transaction parties execute according to the transaction contracts. According to the method, a series of automatically generated transaction contracts are used as control means for improving wind power consumption, and the wind power consumption is improved.
