Abstract

The invention provides an anti-wool felt wear-resistant matte PU coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof, which belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials. The PUcoating is prepared from a component A, a component B and a diluent component. The preparation method comprises the following steps of uniformly mixing the particle powder, the matting agent, the dispersing agent and the ethyl acetate, adding the acrylic resin dispersion while stirring, adding the leveling agent and the drier after the acrylic resin dispersion is completely dissolved, and uniformly stirring to obtain the component A, fully mixing hexamethylene diisocyanate with butyl acetate to obtain a curing agent component B, mixing butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, cyclohexanone and diisobutyl ketone to obtain a diluent component, then mixing and stirring the three components to obtain the coating, and applying the coating to a base material for spraying to obtain the base material coating with wool felt resistance and wear resistance. The product has the advantages of excellent scratch resistance, environment-friendly raw materials and simple preparation technique.
