More generally, Applicants have recognized and appreciated that it would be beneficial to provide a system for predicting tumor response to immunotherapy. Using this system, genetic information about tumor samples and non-tumor samples from patients is obtained and analyzed. Identify tumor-specific mutations by comparing genomic information from tumor samples with genomic information from non-tumor samples, and determine or estimate the frequency of tumor-specific mutations within tumors. Tumor samples are also analyzed to determine the tumor purity of the patient's tumor.
