The nebivolol is verified to be capable of restoring the antibacterial activity of polymyxin to mcr-1 positive escherichia coli through a trace broth dilution method. Furthermore, the nebivolol is verified to be capable of inhibiting the transfer activity of MCR-1 protein to phosphoethanolamine through athin layer chromatography.
