Abstract

The invention discloses a video coding method, device and system and a computer readable storage medium, wherein the video coding method comprises the steps: constructing virtual motion information for an adjacent block of a current block, and enabling the adjacent block to be a time domain adjacent block, a space domain adjacent block or a time space domain adjacent block; obtaining an original matching block corresponding to the current block based on the virtual motion information; acquiring motion information of the original matching block; and coding the current block based on the motioninformation to obtain a code stream of the current block. According to the method, the influence of the motion information of the adjacent blocks is considered when the original matching block is acquired, so that the reasonability of the acquired original matching block is improved favourably, and the pixel prediction accuracy is improved.
