The exhaust end of the compressor is connected with an inlet of the condenser, and an outlet of the condenser is connected with a liquid inlet of the liquid storage device; an outlet of the liquid storage device is connected with an inlet of the expansion valve, and an outlet of the expansion valve is connected with a liquid supply port of the low-pressure circulating barrel; a liquid outlet of the low-pressure circulating barrel is connected with an inlet of the ammonia pump, and an outlet of the ammonia pump is connected with an inlet of the evaporator; an outlet of the evaporator is connected with a flow return port of the low-pressure circulating barrel, and a gas return port of the low-pressure circulating barrel is connected with an air suction port of the compressor; and the control system is connected with the expansion valve and used for controlling an opening degree of the expansion valve so as to adjust a liquid level height in the liquid storage device.
