The invention finds that the neural stem cell exosome can improve the activity ofnerve cells by inhibiting apoptosis caused by A beta 25-35 on the nerve cells PC12; and the Compond C-loaded neural stem cell exosome can also improve the activity of nerve cells by inhibiting apoptosis caused by A beta 25-35 on nerve cells PC12, and the anti-apoptosis activity is obviously superior to that of unloaded neural stem cells.
