The left side of the water pumpcavity communicates with a runner pipe; a transmission belt pulley cavity is formed in the right side of the drainage pipe; and a right driving belt wheel cavity is formed in the rear side of the driving belt wheel cavity. The water pump can be used for cleaning the blocking waterweeds without shutdown in a working state, avoids manual cleaning, saves manpower, and ensures normal water circulationof the aquarium during aquatic plant cleaning; with an aquatic plant mincing mechanism, minced aquatic plants can be discharged to the outside through a pipeline, the aquatic plants do not need taking out manually, and the convenience of the aquarium is greatly increased; different from aquatic plant cleaning operation, when fishes are sucked by the water pump, the water inlet is automatically replaced, the water inlet where the fishes are sucked stops working, and therefore it is guaranteed that the fishes can safely break away from the suction force of the water pump, and the appearance andsafety of the ornamental fishes are guaranteed.
