The C-shaped arm is provided with a motion track, the motion track is provided with a track open face allowing the wheel shaft assembly to penetrate through in a rolling mode, a guide rail matchedwith the guide wheel is arranged in the motion track, the guide rail can roll around the guide wheel, and therefore the C-shaped arm is driven to roll relative to the C-shaped arm holder. The rail sealing device is used for sealing the rail open surface of the C-shaped arm.
