According to the invention, an inverted thin film transistor structure is formed on the array substrate; the pixel electrode layer covers the wiring of the source-drainelectrode layer; therefore, the parasitic capacitance between the source-drain electrode layer on the array substrate and the common electrode layer on the color film substrate is blocked, and the parasitic capacitance between the source-drain electrode layer on the array substrate and the pixel electrode layer is blocked; signal crosstalk is avoided, and the display and touch quality of a productis improved.
