The method comprises the following steps: measuring the change rule of blood entering components and drug effect indexes of different processed products of curcuma wenyujin along with time, and carrying outbivariate correlation analysis on component change and drug effect index change. The method can be used for obtaining three decoction pieces of rhizoma wenyujin longae, curcuma zedoary and vinegar-processed curcuma zedoary as well as active ingredients related to the efficacy of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis; although the curcuma zedoary has more blood-entering components in the three decoction pieces, the correlation with the drug effect is poorer than that of the raw curcuma zedoary and the vinegar curcuma zedoary, and the quantity of the blood-entering components in thevinegar curcuma zedoary is reduced, but the blood-entering components in the vinegar curcuma zedoary show extremely remarkable correlation with the drug effect index.
