When the vehicle-mounted video data is processed through the data conversion strategy determined according to the current use performance information of the CPUand the current use performance information of the GPU, the situation that the processing load of the vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the vehicle is too large can be avoided, and therefore the processing load of the vehicle-mounted terminal is guaranteed while multi-path data conversion of different resolutions is conducted on the vehicle-mounted video data.
