The body temperature determination method is used for a mappingrelation from an infrared image gray value to a human body temperature in the intelligent infrared body temperature screening system. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, compensating aforehead gray value according to the gray value of a forehead area of a measured person in an infrared image and an environment temperature; secondly, determining a gray value reading of a thermal infrared imager and a relationship between the distance and the temperature by utilizing distance information of a black body and black body-thermal imager output by a TOF camera, and further determiningthe mapping between the gray value reading of the thermal imager and a nominal forehead temperature; and finally, determining the body temperature of the measured person according to a correspondingrelation between the nominal forehead temperature and the body temperature, comparing with a set threshold value, and determining whether the measured person is a suspected fever person.
