Problems solved by technology

However, no matter which expansion method is used, it needs to be completed under endoscopy or X-ray contrast. The treatment procedure is cumbersome and increases the radiation exposure of medical workers and patients.
Some or multiple expansions lead to multiple hospitalizations and increased treatment costs. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a new solution to solve the above technical problems

Embodiment 1

[0019] Embodiment 1: see figure 1 , a novel esophageal dilation balloon catheter, comprising an esophageal dilation balloon 11 at the upper end, an anti-reflux balloon 12 at the lower end, a central nasogastric feeding tube 13, a guide wire 14 in the central catheter and a water injection port 15 with a valve at the tail end. The esophageal dilatation balloon 11 is located at the upper end of the new dilation balloon and is placed at the esophageal stricture in the esophagus. The anti-reflux balloon 12 is located at the lower end of the new dilation balloon and is placed at the cardia in the stomach. The central portion of the novel esophageal dilatation balloon 1 is hollow, and can be used for gastrointestinal decompression or nasal feeding. The water injection port 15 with a valve at the tail end is located at the tail end of the novel esophageal dilatation balloon catheter 1, and the expansion pressure of the esophageal dilation balloon 11 and the anti-reflux balloon 12 are...

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel esophageal dilation balloon catheter. The novel esophageal dilation balloon catheter comprises an upper-end esophageal dilation balloon, a lower-end anti-reflux balloon and a central nasal feeding tube; a stenotic esophagus is dilated by the novel esophageal dilation balloon catheter through injecting water (gas) into the upper-end balloon; gastroesophageal refluxis prevented by injecting water (gas) into the lower anti-reflux balloon; and nasal feeding can be performed through the central nasal feeding tube when the balloon is expanded or not expanded. The novel esophageal dilation balloon catheter is used after esophageal anastomosis or is used for patients with esophageal stricture, and is used for performing intermittent expansion on a stenotic esophagus or esophageal anastomosis. The water (gas) in the esophageal dilatation balloon is pumped back during dilatation intervals, so that ischemic necrosis of the esophageal mucosa due too long compression is avoided. After eating, the lower-end anti-reflux balloon is expanded so as to avoid anastomotic leakage or stenosis caused by reflux of gastric contents. According to the design, frequency of gastroscopy and contrast examinations of patients is reduced by intermittent dilation of the esophageal dilation balloon.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a novel esophageal dilatation balloon catheter, in particular to a design and use method of a novel dilation balloon, and belongs to the technical field of medical biomaterials. Background technique [0002] Esophageal atresia is a common congenital digestive tract malformation with an incidence of about 1 / 3000-4000 live births. With the advancement of surgical techniques, perioperative intensive care techniques, pediatric laparoscopic techniques, and perioperative nutritional support, the survival rate of children has been significantly improved. However, postoperative complications such as anastomotic stenosis, anastomotic leakage, and gastroesophageal reflux still affect the quality of life of children. Among them, anastomotic stenosis is a relatively common complication, and its incidence rate has been reported as high as 18%-50%. In addition, esophageal stenosis caused by various reasons, including congenital stenosis, a...
