Provided are an information transmission method, a base station and a terminal, which solve the problem of how to implement aperiodic CSI transmission when a plurality of downlink DCIs simultaneouslyindicate to perform aperiodic CSI reporting in the same PUCCH resource. The method comprises the following steps: sending a first downlink DCI used for indicating a terminal to report aperiodic CSI, wherein HARQ-ACK corresponding to a PDSCH scheduled by the first downlink DCI and the aperiodic CSI reported by the terminal indicated by the first downlink DCI are transmitted in the same PUCCH resource; receiving the HARQ-ACK and the aperiodic CSI sent by the terminal in the PUCCH resource. According to the method disclosed in the invention, the aperiodic CSI can be transmitted through a PUCCH format, downlink control overheads are reduced, and the transmission delay of the aperiodic CSI is reduced.
