The operating mechanism comprises a motor, a first transmissionmechanism, a second transmission mechanism, a third transmission mechanism and an output gear, wherein the first transmission mechanism is connected with a motor and is driven by the motor to rotate,the second transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the first transmission mechanism, the first transmission mechanism drives the second transmission mechanism to rotate, the secondtransmission mechanism is connected with a connecting shaft, the second transmission mechanism drives the connecting shaft to rotate when rotating, the third transmission mechanism is connected with the connecting shaft, the connecting shaft drives the third transmission mechanism to rotate when rotating, the output gear is in transmission connection with the third transmission mechanism, the third transmission mechanism drives the output gear to rotate when rotating, the first transmission mechanism and the second transmission mechanism are installed on an upper installation plate, and the third transmission mechanism is installed on a lower installation plate.
