Problems solved by technology

The traditional cutting method will greatly increase the working time, especially when encountering a particularly complex outline, the difficulty of extracting the outline will also increase greatly
[0003] Due to the advancement of image processing technology, by saving the outline as a picture in jpg format, the efficiency can be improved by extracting the outline by image processing technology, but the extracted outline is composed of small line segments, which will inevitably cause mechanical damage during the cutting process. Vibration and angular contours at the cutting site lead to poor processing efficiency and poor processing results

Abstract

The invention discloses a B-spline fitting optimization method based on gradual approximation of an original contour, and the method comprises the steps: taking a to-be-fitted original contour which comprises a plurality of contour points arranged in order, and enabling two adjacent contour points to be connected through a line segment; sequentially traversing each contour point, and if the included angle between two line segments connected with the same contour point is an acute angle or a right angle, marking the contour point as an inflection point; taking the inflection point as a partition point of the original contour, taking a contour point between two adjacent partition points as an interval of the original contour, and performing interval fitting of the original contour; and sequentially taking inflection points of which the included angles of the two line segments are acute angles, obtaining arcs intersected with the two line segments by adopting an inscribed circle successive approximation method, and replacing the inflection points with the arcs to finish fitting optimization of the original contour. According to the method, the fitting effect on the original contour isgood, the fitting error is small, the over-fitting phenomenon is avoided, the smooth cutting contour is obtained, and the machining time is shortened.

Description

technical field [0001] The application belongs to the technical field of cutting bed cutting, and in particular relates to a B-spline fitting optimization method based on gradually approaching the original contour. Background technique [0002] Billboard cutting is an important link in the advertising processing process. If the cutting efficiency is improved, the processing time will be greatly reduced and the competitiveness of clothing enterprises will be improved. The traditional cutting is mainly to use CDR software to cut out the outline to be cut manually, and then export the cut out outline as a plt file. The traditional cutting method will greatly increase the working time, especially when encountering a picture with a particularly complex outline, the difficulty of extracting the outline map will also increase greatly. [0003] Due to the advancement of image processing technology, by saving the outline as a picture in jpg format, the efficiency can be improved by ...
