The road condition information prompting method comprises the steps of: receiving a real-time position, sent by a vehicle, of the vehicle; receiving real-time brightness, sent by thevehicle, of the environment where the vehicle is located; and sending prompting information to the vehicle if the distance between the real-time position and a target position located in the navigation route of the vehicle is smaller than a distance threshold value and the real-time brightness is higher than a first brightness threshold value, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting adriver that the vehicle will arrive at the target position. According to the technical scheme of the invention, before a vehicle is driven into a dark position from a bright position, the brightnessof the vehicle is improved. According to the road condition information prompting method, the road condition information prompting device and the road condition information prompting system, the driver is prompted before the vehicle drives into a dark place from a bright place, and the situation that the driver is prompted only after the vehicle is driven into a dark environment and consequently traffic accidents occur due to the fact that the eyes of the driver cannot adapt to the dark environment quickly under the condition that light becomes low suddenly is avoided, thereby improving the reliability and timeliness of road condition information prompting.
