Abstract

The method adopts heavy-load blowing out; and in the blowing out process, coal supply is not stopped and oxygen is enriched. The method mainly comprises the following steps of (1) calculating the volumes of a furnace throat, a furnace body, a furnace waist and a furnace belly of the blast furnace, and calculating the amount of filler; (2) determining the load of the blast furnace, calculating the theoretical tapping amount of the blast furnace, and determining the start time of damping down according to the tapping amount; and (3) lowering a stock line. According to the blowing out method, the furnace temperature can be conveniently controlled, the blowing out process is rapid, the stock line can be reduced by 8.0 m, and the cleaning workload in the furnace after blowing down is reduced by 30 %-50 %.
