Abstract

The invention provides a four-cable synchronous deicing robot and a deicing method. The four-cable synchronous deicing robot comprises a cross beam, two swing arms, a movable table, four rotor helicopters, four cone pulley sets, a lead screw motor, two guide wheels and four cables, wherein the cone pulley set comprises a main cone pulley, an auxiliary cone pulley and a motor; a motor shaft is in key connection with the main bevel wheel; gears of the main cone wheel and the auxiliary cone wheel are in engaged transmission; and the cross beam and the swing arms are fixedly connected with the motor and are rotationally connected with the main cone pulley and the auxiliary cone pulley; the cross beam is rotationally connected with the swing arms; the movable table is fixedly connected with thelead screw motor and supports of four rotor helicopters, and is connected with two guide wheel through shafts; arc-shaped grooves of the swing arms are in rolling contact with the guide wheels; and alead screw of the lead screw motor is spirally connected with a threaded hole of the cross beam. During deicing, the two cone pulley sets of the cross beam clamp two cables, and the movable table pushes the swing arms through the guide wheels to drive the cone pulley sets to clamp the other two cables to walk for deicing; and when deicing is finished, the lead screw motor drives the swing arms torotate reversely, so that the cone pulley sets are separated from the cables, and the rotor helicopters carry the robot to fly to the ground or a cable to be deiced.
