The two-way faucet comprises a valve body, a four-hole ring, a faucet bent pipe, a crescent pad and a concentric valve bonnet, wherein a cavity is formed in the valve body, a first hole, a second hole, a third hole and a fourth hole are formed in the four-hole ring, two channels with two through ends are formed in the end, close to the four-hole ring, of the crescent pad, the two ends of one channel communicate with the first hole and the second hole correspondingly, the two ends of the other channel communicate with the third hole and the fourth hole correspondingly, and a valve core drives the crescent pad to rotate through a driving structure. The invention further discloses the membrane filtration water purifier applying the energy-saving two-way faucet. The membrane filtration water purifier adopting the faucet can effectively integrate tap waterinflow, purified water and concentrated water; the water purifier does not need to be electrically controlled and is anti-creeping; control parts of the water purifier are simplified and easy to repair; and secondary drinking water pollution caused by electronic components is reduced.
