Problems solved by technology

Especially in recent years, smog weather has become very frequent, and the scope of influence has become wider and wider. Smog not only affects air quality, but also aggravates the surface pollution of external insulation equipment such as roof insulators, resulting in dirty and wet insulator surfaces. Make roof insulators more prone to flashover accidents, threatening the safety and reliability of train operation
At present, there is no detection device and method for detecting the polluted microscopic morphology of the insulating material surface in the high-speed airflow haze environment and studying the influence of the microscopic morphology on the flashover path

Abstract

The invention discloses a device for detecting a surface dirt morphology of an insulating material in a haze environment. The device comprises a high-speed airflow simulation generation device used for simulating the haze environment under a high-speed airflow, an alternating-current and direct-current pressurization and flashover experiment device used for applying a voltage to an insulation sample, an electric field intensity detection device used for detecting electric field distribution on a surface of the insulating sample in a voltage applying process, and a microscopic amplification device used for observing a microstructure of dirty particles on the surface of the insulating sample. The high-speed airflow simulation generation device is provided with an observation window, and a discharge observation device used for observing a flashover path after the surface of the insulation sample is polluted is arranged outside the observation window. The invention further discloses a method for detecting the surface dirt morphology of the insulating material in the haze environment. The device for detecting the surface dirt morphology of the insulating material in the haze environmentstudies the microstructure of the surface dirt of the insulating material in the high-speed airflow haze environment and surface flashover phenomenon development, and is of great significance to prevention of insulator pollution flashover accidents.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of detection of vehicle roof insulators, in particular to a detection device for the dirty appearance on the surface of insulating materials in a haze environment. The invention also relates to a detection method for the pollution appearance on the surface of the insulating material in the haze environment. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's national economy, the mileage of high-speed railway construction continues to increase. High-speed rail has greatly facilitated the travel of the people and improved people's living standards. High-speed rail has become an indispensable travel tool in people's lives. [0003] At present, my country has the largest high-speed railway network in the world and is in a leading position in the world. Roof insulators are important insulation equipment for high-speed trains, which are related to the safe and stable operation of high-speed ...
