The heat pump system comprises a compressor, an indoor heatexchanger, a first outdoor heat exchanger, a second outdoor heat exchanger, a first four-way valve and a second four-way valve, wherein the first outdoor heat exchanger and the second outdoor heat exchanger are connected in parallel; a first valve opening of the first four-way valve is connected with the indoor heat exchanger; a second valve opening of the first four-way valve is connected with an air suction opening of the compressor; a third valve opening of the first four-way valve is connected with a fourth valve opening of the second four-way valve; a fourth valve opening of the first four-way valve is connected with an exhausting opening of the compressor; a first valve opening of the second four-way valve is connected with the first outdoor heat exchanger; a second valve opening ofthe second four-way valve is connected with the indoor heat exchanger; and a third valve opening of the second four-way valve is connected with the second outdoor heat exchanger. By means of the heatpump system of the air-conditioner, the air-conditioner and the defrosting control method of the air-conditioner, air-conditioner heating is continuous in the defrosting period, thus the indoor temperature keeps steady, and the user experience is improved.
