Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a flushing method and system for a mechanical seal of a pump and relates to the field of pump flushing. The flushing method for the mechanical seal of the pumpincludes the steps that flushing liquid with the preset temperature is led into a mechanical seal cavity to be cleaned with the preset pressure, wherein the preset temperature is larger than the temperature of a working medium in the mechanical seal cavity, and the preset pressure is larger than the running pressure in the mechanical seal cavity. The flushing system for the mechanical seal of thepump comprises a deaerator, a pressurizing device and a cooling device which are sequentially connected. The deaerator is used for heating flushing liquid and removing oxygen in the flushing liquid;the pressurizing device is used for pressurizing the flushing liquid which is obtained after heating and oxygen removing; and the cooling device is used for cooling the pressurized flushing liquid tothe preset temperature and is used for communicating with the mechanical seal cavity to be flushed, and therefore the flushing liquid with the temperature being larger than that of the working mediumin the mechanical seal cavity is led into the mechanical seal cavity to be flushed. By means of the flushing method and system for the mechanical seal of the pump, the phenomenon of leakage of the mechanical seal can be reduced, and the service cycle is prolonged.
