Embodiment Construction

[0027] In order to understand the present invention more clearly, the present invention will be further described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0028] Refer below Figure 1-6 A method for detecting the effect of clamping force on machining deformation of a thin-walled part according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. The method comprises the steps of:

[0029] Step 1: Calculate the basic conditions to be satisfied by the clamping force of the thin-walled part 9;

[0030] Step 2: Select 3-7 clamping forces, and carry out clamping under different clamping forces;

[0031] Step 3: Carry out a milling experiment on the thin-walled part 9 by adopting the clamping method of surface support and four-point clamping;

[0032] Step 4: Use the pressure sensor 2 to measure the clamping force, and record the change of the clamping force during the milling process;

[0033] Step 5: After milling, use a three-coordinate measuring mac...

Abstract

The invention discloses a detection method for influences of clamping force on thin-wall piece machining deformation. The detection method comprises the steps that firstly, basic conditions needing tobe met by clamping force are calculated; secondly, different degrees of clamping force is selected, and clamping under the action of different degrees of pressing force is developed; thirdly, a facesupporting and four-point-clamping clamping manner is adopted for conducting the milling test on a thin plate piece; fourthly, pressure sensors are adopted for measuring the clamping force, and clamping force changes in the milling machining process are recorded; fifthly, after milling is finished, a three-coordinate measuring machine is used for measuring the planeness of the machined surface; and sixthly, through the contrastive analysis on the planeness value when the clamping force is different, the influence rule of the clamping force on deformation is obtained, and accordingly the clamping force value when planeness requirements are different is obtained. Through the milling test under the condition of different degrees of clamping force and in combination with measurement of the clamping force at the beginning of machining and clamping force changes in the machining process, the deformation situation after machining of different thin-wall pieces is obtained through measurement of the surface planeness, and the influence rule of the clamping force on the planeness is obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of processing deformation, and in particular relates to a detection method for the influence of clamping force on processing deformation of thin-walled parts. Background technique [0002] In order to ensure the structural performance requirements of aircraft structural parts, aeronautical structural parts try their best to reduce weight under the premise of ensuring structural strength and other requirements, so aeronautical structural parts are usually thin-walled structures. With the development of the integration of aeronautical structural parts, the structural parts as a whole present the characteristics of large, thin-walled and complex structures. The characteristics of large size and thin wall make the aeronautical structural parts very easy to produce processing deformation after processing. [0003] For the installation of large thin-walled structural parts on the fixture, the clamping process mai...
