Abstract

Aiming at the multi-period multi-product evanescent product supply chain network design problem, the invention provides a two-stage scheduling solving method, which comprises the following steps of: in the first stage, establishing a facility site selection model in the whole supply chain network on a strategic decision-making level; tactical configuration decision of the material configuration level is carried out in the second stage, so that a configuration model is established, and the site selection model and the configuration model are integrated intoone model for solving the site selection and configuration problems of suppliers, a mixed production inspection center, a mixed storage recovery center, a disposal and recycling center and retailers.
