Abstract

The whitening composition is prepared from the following effective components in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of a hydrolyzed bird's nest extract; 1 to 15 parts of a radix gentianae extract; 1 to 15 parts of whey protein; 1-20 parts of amino acid; 0.1 to 1 part of vitamin; 1-10 parts of a humectant; and 5-20 parts ofa thickening agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps: a mixing step: mixing the effective components, and then adding distilled water to obtain mixed slurry; a drying step: dryingand sterilizing, namely freeze-drying the mixed slurry, and sterilizing with ozone to obtain a whitening composition. The whitening composition is composed of natural components, so that the whiteningand brightening effects are achieved, meanwhile, the properties of the components are soft and do not conflict with one another, and no irritation is caused to the skin.
