Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus for multipath communication, comprising: a first communication device comprising a processor; a memory; and one or more computer readable instructions, and a processor stored in the memory and executable by the processor to perform an operation. The invention comprises the steps that a first multi-path data transceiving module intercepts that a firstcommunication device originally needs to transmit to a second communication device through one of the at least two communication modules different from each other under the condition that the second communication device is also provided with a second multi-path data transceiving module with the same function as the first multi-path data transceiving module preparing for the sent data; and the first multi-path data receiving and sending module sends out at least part of the intercepted data through at least two different communication modules on the first communication device according to at least one data distribution rule of the first multi-path data receiving and sending module, so that at least part of the data is transmitted to the second communication device through at least two communication paths.
